Simon holds a HND Fire Command & Management studies. He has attained his MIFire E qualification and is also NEBOSH qualified in Health & Safety. Simon also taught technical fire safety at the world renowned Fire Service College.
Both Adrian and Simon hold their teachers training certificate & are NVQ qualified assessors.
Adrian Sharp and Simon Baker are partners of the company both being retired fire safety officer’s who worked for West Midlands Fire Service for 30 years from July 1983 until retirement in July 2013, having 60 years of fire safety experience between them.
Both Adrian and Simon have a wealth of experience in legislative fire safety (ranging from enforcement and planning consults, licensing, inspections and audits) first as inspecting officers progressing through the ranks both retiring as Divisional Officers (Group Managers) in charge of a fire safety team. Simon and Adrian were responsible for fire safety matters across the whole of the West Midlands Area.
