Who would fancy escaping out of this, in a panic? Where is the key??? who has the key??? think! think! think! make sure your means of escape is clear and unobstructed and easy to open in the event of a fire!!!

Why would you leave rubbish out for an arsonist? Think about managing your waste! do not give arsonist’s an opportunity to set fire to your rubbish!

Poor workmanship from previous contractors may breach compartmentation!!! make sure your contractors infill and seal around pipes and wiring where it passes through compartmented walls and floors!!!
